tboot란 uefi 방식에서 보안부팅을 할 수 있게 해주는 패키지 및 옵션이다.
IBM x3650 m4 같은 모델은 기본적으로 UEFI 방식이다.
RHEL 6을 설치시 tftpboot 패키지를 활성화 하면 아래와 같은 error 발생하며 설치 후 부팅이 안된다.
해결방법은 UEFI 방식으로 설치시에는 tftpboot 패키지를 선택하지 않고 os 설치를 하는 것이다.

그리고 또 다른 레노바 싸이트에서는 RHEL 6.5는 UEFI를 지원안한다고 나오는데… 제일 밑의 내용 참고 한번더 확인이 필요하다.

Is Trusted Execution Technology(TXT) is supported in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6?
Issue
- Trusted Execution Technology(TXT) and tboot are supported in RHEL 6 when using legacy BIOS. TXT and tboot will does not work with uEFI mode enabled. With uEFI and tboot enabled the server will not boot.

- As of RHEL 6.3 uEFI combined with tboot is not supported.
